Important Note:  China Little Flower is not a legally registered entity in China and the operating environment for the child care work is very complex.   All of the work of caring for children in China done under the “Little Flower” umbrella is in fact done through individual volunteers who administer the work in their own personal names.   Your charitable donations to China Little Flower in the USA are transferred as grants to China to these individuals and the use of the funds is accounted for by us on a grant basis.  The individuals administering the “Little Flower” projects in China receive funding through other organizations and individuals from around the world who are not affiliated with China Little Flower in any way.   China Little Flower shall only be responsible for reporting and tracking those donations made in the USA that receive an official tax receipt from us.
